LASERCYBER LIMITED provides SaaS / Software services through our platform. The Service is provided on a Free basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant LASERCYBER LIMITED a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LASERCYBER LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall LASERCYBER LIMITED's total liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amounts paid by you to LASERCYBER LIMITED in the past twelve months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of RM HI1,1/F KAISER EST PHASE 2 NO 51 MAN YUE ST HUNG HOM HONG KONG, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in RM HI1,1/F KAISER EST PHASE 2 NO 51 MAN YUE ST HUNG HOM HONG KONG, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
